LONDON: The UCL Ancient History Society are hosting a talk by Professor Ian Rutherford of The University of Reading on Thursday 17th March. He will be speaking on "Greek writers on Egyptian animal (and human) sacrifice: ethnic stereotyping or transcultural discourse?".
The meeting will be held in University College London's History Department, room G.09, at 6.10 pm.
The talk will be free for all members, and non-members will be charged £1.
(Membership can be obtained at the talk for £3.)
Wine and nibbles will follow!
